Does the idea of being in a crowd worry you?
If you were sitting in a Park and it became crowded – would you leave?
If you had to sit in a crowded train- how would you feel?

In the UK we are coming out of lockdown and are now able to meet up with friends and family in outside areas. Many are feeling the joy and anticipation of meeting up in person. However, many are anxious about leaving the safety of their home. After a year in isolation, simple tasks such as going shopping or meeting friends for a coffee is causing anxiety and in some cases – panic attacks.

The anxiety is caused by :
· Leaving the security of home
· Feeling vulnerable
· The potential of being in crowded places
· People around you not social distancing
· Concern about who has had Covid vaccines
· Concern about catching Covid

If you are feeling anxious about emerging from lockdown, join my FREE workshop : ‘Are you ready to emerge from Lockdown’
on Wednesday 7th April at 7.00pm.
During the session you will be able to explore your feelings and also pick up a range of strategies to help you cope with your anxiety. To book onto this workshop see details in comments.
